Terms of Service

1. Agreement

KlockGrid (“the Service”) is a time tracking application provided by Expedier (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is provided for use by members of the Expedier organization and other authorized workspaces. Access requires a valid Google Workspace account belonging to an approved domain. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit time records you know to be inaccurate or falsified.
• Access, or attempt to access, records belonging to other users without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or your employment agreement.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the time entries, project details, and other content you submit. You grant us the permissions necessary to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service. Records submitted through the Service may be reviewed by your managers and organization administrators as part of normal timesheet approval.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expedier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including when access is no longer required or when these Terms are breached. Time records already submitted may be retained by your organization in line with its own retention practices.
